Where are your bags made?
All Erin x Lana bags are designed and handmade in my studio in Essex.

What leather do you use?
I use vegetable-tanned leather sourced from a small tannery in Tuscany, Italy, which is a member of the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium.

Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Vegetable-tanned leather develops a rich patina with use, becoming more individual over time.

How do I care for my bag?
Apply a leather cream occasionally and avoid prolonged contact with water, oils, perfumes and ink.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched with 1-2 working days. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Please return before 30 days of purchase. 

Are all bags handmade?
Yes. Each piece is hand-cut, assembled and finished in small batches.
